Tramontina has released the Prisma Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Oven.
The Prisma Enameled Cast Iron 7-Quart Square Dutch Oven was made for efficient heat distribution and retention for searing, baking, grilling or simmering. The cast-iron lid has concentric ridges that use the natural condensation of the cooking process to keep food juicy. With a unique square shape, prism design and semi-matte porcelain enamel, the Dutch oven was designed to go from oven to table.
The Dutch oven can be used on induction, gas, electric and ceramic glass cooktops and is oven-safe up to 450°F. The item comes in three colors: white, gray and teal blue.
