CDN has released the Digital Portion Control Scale designed to bring ease and simplicity to food prep, cooking and baking while providing more accuracy than measuring cups and spoons.
The CDN digital scale can toggle between imperial and metric weight and measure in pounds (up to six pounds), ounces, grams or milliliters. The platform of the scale is 5.1″ in diameter for a compact design.
The scale has a tare feature to allow multiple ingredients to be measured in one bowl. The user can measure each ingredient by pressing the tare button after each ingredient is added.
The CDN Digital Portion Scale is available now in silver, black and red with an MSRP of $19.99.
