GoodCook has launched AirPerfect, a line of insulated baking sheets and a perforated pizza pan.
The AirPerfect Baking Sheet with a textured pan bottom was made to allow air to circulate throughout the pan so it can heat more evenly and avoid burning while baking quickly.
Similarly, the AirPerfect Pizza Pan’s perforation was designed for a faster cook and crispier crust. In addition, the pizza pan has feet on the bottom to keep the pan elevated for the crust to stay crispy while it cools.
Describing the line, brand director at Bradshaw Home, Julie Lawson, stated, “Whether you’re making multiple batches of chewy cookies in a busy kitchen, or creating the perfect pizza for friends and family, baking with GoodCook AirPerfect is almost foolproof.”
The line will be available July 2021 with the baking sheets retailing for $16.99-$29.99 and the pizza pan retailing for $15.99.
