Fortessa Tableware Solutions appointed Visnja Varga chief financial and administrative officer.
In her new role, Varga will lead Fortessa’s financial strategy, oversee corporate compliance and guide the company’s IT function, according to the company.
Varga has more than 20 years of experience in financial leadership roles across a range of dynamic industries. Most recently, she served as senior vice president of financial planning and analysis at Orbcomm. Prior to that, she had roles at TransForce, where she led strategic financial planning, MCA integration and investor relations at a private equity-backed organization undergoing rapid expansion, said Fortessa.
