Fortessa Tableware Solutions, a marketer of tableware and wine and cocktail accessories, announced a new web experience for wholesale and retail consumers.
The company also announced the promotion of Deane Priest to executive vice president, consumer products.
Fortessa’s new site, according to the company, offers an updated, user-friendly layout, an improved browser experience and faster checkout options. On the B2B side, business accounts ordering directly from Fortessa can reorder items directly from their order history, manage and pay invoices and request or review quotes within the e-commerce site.
“Continuing to enhance and improve our customers’ experience is a top priority at Fortessa,” said Charvi Ganatra, Fortessa’s vice president, marketing. “This new site is designed to provide ease-of-use and ideally allow for a more productive and enjoyable session.”
Priest (pictured above) has been with Fortessa since April of 2018 when he joined as vice president, sales. During the COVID and global supply crisis, Priest led his team in identifying new business opportunities and building the consumer products division, according to the company.
“Deane did a phenomenal job of growing the business in the very teeth of the storm,” said Fortessa President and CEO Scott M. Hamberger. “His new (position) reflects that leadership and analytical skill.”
