De’Longhi has introduced two new additions to its espresso machine lineup — the La Specialista Touch and the Dedica Duo — designed to deliver barista-quality results at home.
From cold brew to espresso, the machines are made to deliver a personalized experience for all types of coffee lovers, according to De’Longhi.

The La Specialista Touch (pictured above) has automatic features that include sensor grinding, guided tamping and one-touch drink options while still offering a hands-on, manual feel. It has an intuitive touchscreen that allows users to customize coffee strength, temperature and select from five automatic steamed milk textures for dairy or plant-based drinks. Cold Extraction Technology delivers cold brew in under five minutes. It has four user profiles, six saved bean profiles and full control over temperature, froth and volume.

Dedica Duo is compact and available in three gelato-inspired colors – Rosé, Pistachio and Vanilla – as well as a classic Stainless Steel finish. It features a minimalist interface and dual heating systems that let users brew and steam back-to-back. From iced lattes to flat whites, the machine offers versatility with three pre-programmed drink options (espresso, double espresso and cold brew) and a powerful steam wand that can froth any milk. It is ready to brew hot coffee in just 25 seconds and the rapid Cold Extraction process makes cold brew in under five minutes.
