Cuisine::Pro is positioning the Le Connoisseur 6.6-quart French Oven as an accessible entry point into enameled cast iron cookware, the company said.
Designed for versatility, the French oven allows users to slow cook, braise and roast in a single vessel.
Cuisine::Pro crafts cookware from cast iron with a double-layer enamel coating designed to deliver durable cooking performance and easy cleanup. The construction promotes strong heat retention while delivering tender results across a range of cooking techniques, the company noted.
Compatible with all cooktops, the French oven is oven safe up to 428°F (220°C). The cookware is offered in a Lava finish suited to modern kitchen styling.
The product became available on Dec. 1 with a suggested retail price of $299.99 and is available at Nordstrom. It was showcased at The Inspired Home Show.
