Caraway, known for its ceramic cookware and bakeware, has launched Prep & Serve Butcher Blocks.
Crafted in the U.S. from sustainably sourced Sugar Maple and Walnut and finished with food-safe oils and wax, the boards are free from plastics, glues, BPA, VOCs, PFAS and forever chemicals, according to Caraway.
The butcher blocks are designed to transition seamlessly from preparation to serving at the table. Each board is dual-sided: one grooved for juices and carving and the other rimmed for plating or serving. Integrated handles and a stable build are made to make flipping and transferring easy.
The set comes in Maple ($325 retail price) and Walnut ($425) and includes:

- 12-inch Square Block
- Custom Drying & Storage Rack (designed to promote airflow and help prevent warping)
