SharkNinja, Inc. announced it expects trading of its ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange will begin Monday, July 31, 2023, under the ticker symbol “SN.”
SharkNinja develops and markets cleaning and home environment electrics under the Shark brand; and kitchen electrics, cookware and kitchenware under the Ninja brand.
SharkNinja executives will ring the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange on July 31, 2023, to mark the milestone.
Under the terms of the previously announced separation and distribution of SharkNinja from JS Global Lifestyle Company Limited, shareholders who held JS Global ordinary shares on the record date of July 4, 2023, will receive one SharkNinja ordinary share for every 25 ordinary shares of JS Global held as of the record date.
A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective. These securities may not be sold, nor may offers to buy be accepted, prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective, according to SharkNinja.
