Capresso has released the new H2O Glass Select Rapid-Boil Kettle made to heat water quickly at multiple temperature presets.
Designed to sit attractively on the countertop, the kettle has five different temperature presets with LED temperature indication lights. Water can be heated to 110° F (green), 160° F (blue), 175° F (yellow), 195° F (purple) and 212° F (red). The temperatures are ideal for different types of tea and multiple cooking and baking uses, with 110° F being the temperature to dissolve yeast for home-baked bread, said the company. A keep-warm feature keeps liquids at temperature for 30 minutes.
The 2-liter (68-ounce) cordless kettle is made from borosilicate glass with stainless steel and black trim. The kettle has a direct pour lid that does not have to be removed to fill the kettle, and it comes with a heat-resistant, surface-safe, 360° swivel base.
The Capresso H2O Glass Select is available for immediate shipment and has a suggested retail price of $49.99.
