Ankarsrum has introduced the Pasta Cutter Lasagnette, the latest pasta accessory for the Assistent Original Stand Mixer.
The pasta dough can be made quickly in the stand mixer then turned into sheets of pasta at the desired thickness with the Pasta Roller Lasagna attachment. The Lasagnette can then cut the sheet into noodles that are sized precisely so that they will all cook at the same rate, according to the company.
Ankarsrum offers an assortment of pasta accessories that can be used in conjunction with the Mincer attachment, including Fettuccine, Spaghetti and Pasta Discs.
The Pasta Cutter Lasagnette has a retail price of $119.95 and is available for immediate shipment.
